Homegrown was made during Corona-lockdown. Some songs are quite old but have never been recorded. So I had the time to do that. Others are new and I had the time to finish and to record them. Although you might think that during the time of Corona the songs must be depressive and sad. Most of them are not. Somehow I was able to write more positive songs. Maybe because I had the time and was relaxed. You could not do anything else like doing music at home. So it is homegrown.

I‘d like to thank Ilja Weigel who played a jazzy saxophone on Hometown. And of course I have to thank my wife again who had to cope with all the rock‘n‘roll in the house.
