about

Recorded in 2004 with lots of coffes and cookies. I recorded this album together with my friend Kai Hofmann who played all lead guitars. This album refers to my life in Australia and England. After travelling around the world for about 1,5 years, I started to write this album. Songs like "In the red centre" and "Tell me your way" try to express my love for the vast red desert in Australia as well as my love to the people of this continent. Further more I gotta say that I met really good friends there and that the friendship is still existing although I live in Germany which is bloody far away from Australia. All the stories of the songs are about people who try to achieve something but have to deal with failures too. Sometimes they give up like in "Crossroads" or they keep on fighting. The song "I'm coming to you" was written after 9/11 and is about a man who survived and is travelling now to his girl or wife.
Although I produced the album 8 years ago, I still love the songs and the stories and of course I still play theses songs in our concerts.
